Team Dottie are a competitive sibling trio — Jen, Tom and Mike — taking on the Great North Run together this year… because apparently, we still haven’t grown out of trying to beat each other! 😜

I think I might be in trouble here - Jen is a dance instructor, Mike is a former JNCO in the Royal Engineers and my, (Tom) only competitive sporting experience to date is the 1989 Norwood Primary School Egg & Spoon race, (DNF).

But this run is about something far more important than bragging rights. We’re doing it for someone very special — our little Dorothy 💛 (my niece), who has cystic fibrosis.

Cystic fibrosis affects over 11,000 people in the UK, causing serious lung and digestive issues. We’re running to support the incredible work being done towards better treatments and a cure.
