Guy’s Recovery Run Team is aiming to raise money to purchase a microvascular training station, for trainees to develop their skills in microvascular surgery such as the complex head surgery that saved Guy in March 2023.

Having personally never run more than 5k before this I best start training to prepare and to do it for such a good cause is an even better reason.
