Robyn and I are going to wiggle and jiggle our way around the Birmingham 10K and wanted the added pressure of trying to get a few donations for NICE. We are not the spring chickens we used to be, so maybe we'll work up to the double iron man's and ultra triathlons!

NICE have been amazing for us with the care and support of our youngest daughter, Frances.

Frances was born with Cerebral palsy, and the team in Moseley have been fabulous in helping us all navigate the challenges that come with this. Not least, improving her motor skills, mobility, independence, and confidence.

It’s sometimes difficult to show your gratitude effectively enough, and hopefully this token gesture is a way we can try to give something back.
