Tom Wilkinson is excited to announce that he will be joining #TeamWeLoveMCR, taking on the formidable Great Manchester Run through the heart of Manchester on Sunday, 18th May 2025! Tom is raising funds for We Love MCR's vital work empowering positive change for communities and young people across the city of Manchester.

Why Support We Love MCR?

We Love MCR Charity is dedicated to making a significant impact in Manchester through various initiatives:

Empowering Communities: The Stronger Communities Fund supports Manchester's unbeatable communities, helping to improve the lives of people in their neighbourhoods.

Supporting Young People: The Manchester's Rising Stars Fund changes the lives of ambitious young Mancunians who face financial barriers to success.

Crisis Response: We Love MCR is always ready to act when Manchester needs it most, such as during the Covid-19 pandemic when they distributed £1 million to over 300 groups on the frontline, including foodbanks and domestic violence shelters.
