This week, I’m cycling 200 miles along the Jurassic Coast from Exeter to Southampton to raise money for children in care.

It’s a cause that’s personal. I began life in the care system, and together with my partner, I’ve since adopted two brilliant children with similar experiences. I’ve seen first-hand how the care system can shape a life, and how much difference the right support can make.

Every donation will go directly to Become, the national charity for children in care and young care leavers. Your support will help more young people get the stability, guidance and opportunities they deserve, and that too often aren’t there when they’re needed most.
