Thank you. I will be participating in the Leeds Half Marathon on May 10, 2026, to support both the Leeds Hockey Club and their partner charity Leeds Mind.

Leeds hockey club is an important hub in the Yorkshire Hockey scene with an active membership catering for both men and women and spanning the age range from junior hockey through to masters. The club is active locally and advocates a strong community promoting both physical and mental wellbeing. It also supports all levels of hockey both regionally and nationally.

Your support is crucial. The funds raised will directly benefit both the club, helping to provide essential resources and opportunities for young athletes. Being local and independent means any money you raise will go directly into helping people in the local community.

Leeds Mind is an independent charity affiliated with National Mind and the Mind federation. Leeds Mind was founded in 1972, and has evolved and grown significantly since then. They have provided local mental health support for over 50 years. Their support is here for anyone who needs it. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a significant impact in ensuring that they can continue to inspire and nurture talent within our community.
