I have decided to avoid barbers and razors for a month, and then celebrate Halloween by changing my head for mental health, and shaving the whole lot off for Mind (hair, beard and maybe even the eyebrows too if I hit my target!).

Any and all contributions to this very worthwhile charity, one that is very close to my heart, will be gratefully received.

Mental health is a growing problem, and without organisations like Mind to support people when they need it, it would be a lot worse. That is why it is so important to me to support Mind in their work.
