We're Tom and James, and on September 21st, 2025, we'll be taking on the incredible challenge of Ironman Wales. This isn't just a race for us—it's a mission to raise vital funds for The Make-A-Wish Foundation, a charity that does amazing work granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

For the past six months, our lives have been dedicated to training for this monumental event. So far, we've pushed ourselves to the limit, swimming a combined 190km, cycling an astonishing 9,000km, and running an epic 1,800km. Every early morning, late night, and grueling session has been in preparation for the 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and 26.2-mile marathon that awaits us in Tenby.

Ironman Wales is known as one of the most physically demanding challenges in the world, and your support will make all the difference. Your sponsorship will not only help drive us on toward that finish line but, more importantly, it will help Make-A-Wish create more unforgettable experiences for children who need them most.
