For the 12 days of Christmas Tegwen and I are walking the 130 mile coastal path of Ynys Môn, otherwise known as Anglesey.

I am once again raising money for ParkinsonsUK. A fantastic charity that supports those with the disease and their families as well as funding essential research.

I previously walked 600 miles of the Wales Coastal for my Nana who’s had Parkinsons for over 30 years. However very recently, my other Nana has also been diagnosed with the same disease so I’m walking these 12 days in the depths of winter for them and all the other Nanas, Grandads, Mums, Sisters, Brothers and friends who are affected by Parkinson's.
