Decided to run another 5km a day for 30 days, this time as part of Medical Aid For Palestinians’ Stride For Palestinians campaign between May 15 - June 15, raising money and awareness for those who remain in desperate need in Gaza.

Had hoped after running myself into oblivion in November to raise money for the International Committee of the Red Cross that somebody, somewhere — some force for good in the world — would have stepped in and brought an end to the bloodshed, but 7 months on, the murder & destruction has continued with the full endorsement of governments right across the western world, including ours. Not in my name.
