I've heard enough that another parent struggling to have a contact with kids due co-parent issue (parenting system issue)

He struggles with anxiety and depression along with other mental health issues due that situation. This has inspired me to act. Mind charity's support helped transformed his life, providing solace and empowerment., and overall give him strength and confidence.

Now, because of this, I'm partnering with Mind for my charity event. Every pound raised brings us closer to prioritizing mental health and help other partners to crack the parenting system. Let's shine a light on mental health, ensuring no one walks alone.
