I'm running Brighton Marathon for the excellent charity Mama to Mama, based in Margate - who provide essential pre-loved clothing, equipment and connection to vulnerable pregnant women, caregivers and children under 5, who are living in poverty.

Jayne and her team do incredible work to help give babies and young children the best possible start in life.

On a personal note, Brighton is a special place for me - and nowhere more so than by sea, where my mum's ashes are scattered.

Give generously, if you can, for all the excellent mums out there and to help give young people the best possible start in life.

I'll top up funds raised by £250 if I run the marathon in less than 3 hours 30mins.
