Story
I've finally got over the trauma of the Club Peloton ride to Cannes in 2023 and have decided to embrace a (hopefully) less arduous challenge of the SLR Cycle UKREiiF. Over 1.5 days I'll be cycling from the Lake District, tackling the Forest of Bowland and the Yorkshire Dales, before finishing in Leeds for UKREiiF - all while raising funds for Club Peloton and its supported charitable project delivered by Cyclists Fighting Cancer.
Cyclists Fighting Cancer helps children and young people living with and beyond cancer to get pedalling on their road to recovery. Fundraising for the event will be used to fund 40 lightweight bikes, as well as helmets, additional equipment and specialist support for children and young people currently living with cancer. CFC's primary aim is to help children maintain their physical fitness, improve mental wellness both during and after treatment and reduce social isolation in a fun and exciting way.
