The estimated number of people directly bereaved by suicide each year is around 34,000.

I am taking on the 34k Challenge for Suicide&Co, with a fundraising target of £1000, so that together we can raise £34,000 to help Suicide&Co continue to achieve their mission of supporting individuals bereaved by suicide and providing people with counselling sessions through Suicide&Co's Counselling Service.

As someone who has benefitted from Suicide and Co's program and counselling service, I can not tell you how much it helped to deal with the loss.

We will be walking from Warkworth to Bamburgh in memory of my stepdad Rob.
