I’ve worked with Matt and the Foundation for the past 19 years and thought it was about time I took on some sort of challenge.

This June, I’ll be pushing myself to the limit by taking on a two-day mountain challenge, covering the equivalent height gain and distance of climbing Ben Nevis and Snowdon—at twice the altitude! It’s going to be tough, but every step I take will be in support of the Matt Hampson Foundation, which helps those who have suffered life-changing injuries through sport.

What makes this even more special is that a group of our amazing beneficiaries will be taking on their own challenges at the same time, proving that no obstacle is too great when you have the right support and mindset.

The Matt Hampson Foundation provides life-changing support to those who have suffered serious injuries, helping them rebuild their lives through rehabilitation, community, and encouragement to Get Busy Living.
