We exist to enhance the quality of life of visually impaired people whatever their age or circumstances in life. We do this by enabling independent living, social groups, the provision of and access to information, equipment and services such as befriending, talking newspapers and IT training.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Tommy Stevens and I suffer with neurofibromatosis type 1.

I am 29 years old and have optic pathway glioma (a benign brain tumour) caused by (NF1) this has caused me to lose my peripheral vision. Lincoln and Lindsey blind society was there to support me and my family they helped with housing applications benefits application and have also been there to support mentally and emotionally. The team is amazing and the charity work endlessly to support those with visual needs

It’s time to give back so I am doing a raffle on the 5th of July at my son’s school. But those who can not attend the school to donate can use this platform to pay and get a ticket that way. Once paid messsge me confirmation and I will tell you what your ticket number(s) are and will contact you if you are a winner.
