1,000km across Eastern Europe by bike to provide medical equipment and support for terminally ill patients and their families in Poland.

Story

This summer I am cycling 1,000km across Europe, from Prague to Krakow, to raise money and deliver equipment for local hospices in Poland.

The Alina Foundation is a charity set up by my partner Anita and her family, to provide essential medical equipment and supplies so that terminally ill patients can receive care at home with their families, or in a local hospice.

I am covering the costs of the ride, and the Foundation's trustees cover all admin expenses, so your donation is used entirely to support patients and families.

With mediocre fitness and the wrong kind of spare tyre, making it up half the climbs cramp free will be a miracle in itself. I would appreciate any donations no matter how small. Thank you for your support!
