In 2021, I ran 25 5ks in 25 days to celebrate CAP's 25th birthday. Somehow, that was 5 years ago, and CAP is now 30! There's only one thing to do - run 30 5ks in 30 days! But this time, I'm adding an extra twist to the challenge... My team at CAP supports all the debt centres in the North of England, covering 13 counties in total.

Over the course of a week, I'm going to run 5k in each of the counties our team supports - that's 13 5ks in a week, over 500 miles of driving, a lot of logistics, and a week of sleeping in my car to make it all happen!

Obviously, this is mad. If you would like to make the madness worthwhile, and you're able, please could you sponsor me. It'll help us to be there for and give dignity to the individuals and families we support daily.
