After 16 years at Millennium, Tom has decided to step back from the industry to explore new ventures.

Charity is close to his heart, so to mark his departure and in honor of the work he has done and continues to do, we invite you to donate to an organisation Tom champions - International Justice Mission (IJM) as his leaving gift.

IJM combats slavery, violence against women and children, and police abuse of power against people who are in poverty. They work to bring victims of violence and abuse to safety, hold perpetrators accountable, and help local law enforcement build a safe future that lasts.
