Story

Hi my name is Tom and I am 10 years old. I am very lucky to have my beautiful pony Crystal who I ride and go to competitions on. Crystal is 22 years old - although she certainly doesn't believe that she is!

I started riding when I was 5 but gave up shortly afterwards. In September last year I moved schools and started boarding at Sedbergh Prep School, where there is a riding stables. I started having lessons again and now I love riding as much as possible. I also love being able to see Crystal during the day at school, I know that I am very lucky to be able to do that. At school, I share Crystal with other children who don't own their own pony, but who have riding lessons at school.

I'd like to help raise money for Riding for the Disabled so that even more people are able to enjoy being around horses and ponies and riding like I do and so they can continue to do their great work.

I finish school on July 1st for the summer and I'm going to ride 100 miles over the holidays with my mum. We will track our progress and I'll do some videos along the way too.

If you are able to make a donation, however small, I would be really grateful and I know that the Riding for the Disabled Association would too.

Thank you for your support.
