Story

Hi Everyone!

**UPDATE**

I did it! I broke the Guinness World Record for fastest Marathon in Cricket Kit, running 3h 19m 28s. So pleased! Thank you for all of the support.

I'm taking on the challenge of setting a new Guinness World Record for the fastest male to complete a marathon in cricket kit (current record is 3h20m46s)! It's a tough one with helmet, pads, jumper, gloves etc but I'll be doing it to raise money to support more community sports clubs to be inclusive. Thousands of children are not getting access to the amazing benefits of sport, and we need to change that together!

Access Sport believes that no one should be excluded from the transformational benefits of community sport. They make inclusion the norm by tackling the access barriers faced by disadvantaged and disabled children and young people, focussing on the causes of exclusion not just the symptoms.

They train, equip and support community sports clubs, organisations and volunteers to provide inclusive sport & physical activity, unleashing their potential to transform the lives of underserved young people in their local communities.

Cricket has always been part of my life and I've been in a community cricket club since I was 8 years old. Let's give more children the chances like I had.

For this World Record I am combining to of my passions - running and cricket! Let's gooooooo!

Thanks to everyone who is supporting me.
