Story
I’m once again lacing up my trainers in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Only this time, I’m asking the Project 26:26 community to join in for what will be our biggest project yet.
Tom's Legacy Loop
On Sunday, 5 October, we’ll be hosting Tom’s Legacy Loop - a community fun run as a tribute to our Tom.
The challenge is simple: complete as many loops of our 2.6-mile course as you can in 2.6 hours.
This family-friendly event is taking place at Chesterfield High School, Crosby, beginning at 9.30am.
Whether you run, jog or walk, everyone who completes one loop is guaranteed a medal. For those who enjoy a bit more competition, how many loops can you manage?
Tom's Legacy Loop is all about bringing people together, having fun, and raising vital funds for a charity that has given so much to my family.
Fundraising
If you've signed up to take part then you're already a hero, and I'm so grateful to have you join me.
If you want to make your run count even more, getting sponsored is a fantastic way to raise vital funds.
Use this JustGiving page as a way of creating a 'team' and we'll fundraise together. Once you've set up your own page and set a target (say £50) then follow these steps.
