Hello everyone!

I was lucky (some would say unlucky) enough to receive a place in the ballot for the London Marathon this year!

Running a marathon is my biggest challenge yet, as I've not ran long distances like this before. I'm going to need some positive encouragement to get me through it!

I am raising money for a local charity Miles for Smiles.

Miles For Smiles is a registered charity dedicated to supporting individuals with life-limiting or life-changing health conditions, as well as those with disabilities, in South Derbyshire, North-West Leicestershire, and East Staffordshire.

Their mission is to enhance the quality of life for these individuals by providing grants and organising memorable experiences, such as days out or short breaks.
