Hello friends,

We are a group of 10 teachers from The Chiltern School taking on the challenge of running a half marathon.

The Chiltern school is one of the largest special schools in England, providing care and education to over 300 pupils from Early Years to Post 16 with additional needs.

We are very fortunate to have recently opened a new building which has fantastic internal learning environments for our secondary age/ phase 2 pupils. However, due to a lack of funding we have not yet been able to create outdoor learning environments and are desperately seeking funds to help us provide these much needed spaces for our pupils. Outdoor areas are essential in supporting our pupils physical development and regulation needs.

We would be really grateful if you could spare any amount to help us in our mission to be able to donate funds to the staggering pot of money that is needed.

Together, we will run over 200km- no easy task for a bunch of tired teachers but we are determined to help achieve the goal of building meaningful outdoor learning environments for our young people.
