Hey! On the 18th of May, myself and my brother Morgan will be participating in running the Manchester 10k - something which is a challenge for us both as neither of us enjoy running. We are proud to be running in aid of Together Dementia Support, a charity that is very close to our hearts as they provide tremendous support to our lovely Nana, and to us both as carers.

Together Dementia Support does incredible work by providing practical assistance, meaningful activities, and emotional care for those living with dementia and their families.
