I am doing HYROX solo - I fractured my shoulder / damaged rotator cuff - in July this year - I was not sure I could compete however I have persivered , mobility , strength & conditioning with much help from BodybyJR 😊 Jordan , Ray & Elliot- 🤩 so I'll give it my best shot !!
