As you've probably already seen, Dart and I will be running 30miles (almost 50km) over the southern Welsh hills to try and raise money for the fantastic work that the Nowzad team do everyday in Ukraine and Afghanistan. Unfortunately, the world currently shows very little sign of becoming a safer place due to human conflict but it is my firm belief that animals should not suffer as a result.

The amazing team at Nowzad will soon be sending a mobile veterinary ambulance to Ukraine to try and help stop the spread of diseases and overpopulation within the dogs and cats left behind in this active war zone. Every pound that you donate will help them achieve that goal and improve the lives of animals who find themselves in this terrible situation through no fault of their own.
