Tim and I are now both at an age where we feel we need to embrace a challenge. We are "Walking Hadrian's Wall" on 16 May 2026, to raise funds for The Butterfly Hospice Trust.
Butterfly Hospice, in our opinion, is a very worthy cause; they all do great work for the local community, where we both grew up, went to school, and where our family business has traded for more than 107 years.
The Hospice provides amazing care to those who require its services,
Earlier this year, we witnessed firsthand the compassionate work of the hospice when we had the privilege of supplying furnishings for the newly opened Butterfly Lodge. This special facility offers families a comforting overnight stay while their loved ones receive care at the hospice.
Every donation, no matter how small, will help us to help us achieve our target and support this amazing place.
