Tang Hall Employment is a fantastic charity which works to help young people in York overcome a variety of barriers and support them to find genuine paid employment. A relentlessly determined and passionate team coach, counsel + encourage a wide range of energetic and enthusiastic young people to prepare for the world of work with some outstanding outcomes. Our motto is to improve the life chances of young people in York, regardless of ability, background or circumstance and this requires intensive input. As a charity we are constantly looking for financial support, donations and sponsorship and this bike ride is another opportunity to contribute. I have recently been diagnosed with a rare auto immune disease so the challenge is going to be tougher than anticipated and your generosity would be greatly appreciated.

I am joined on this challenge by Kevin Deadman, Tony Wootton, John Thompson and Hugh Porter, four former education leaders in York who will provide great camaraderie along the route.
