In November 2025 we lost, very suddenly, a great husband to Erica, dad to the boys, son, brother, colleague and friend. He’s left a huge hole in many people’s lives and I consider myself very fortunate to have called him a great friend. Over the years we shared some great memories and he’s sorely missed.

BP have kindly allowed me to join them on their 17th edition of their annual Coast2Coast cycle event. From the 5th to 7th of June we will be setting off from Ullapool on our bikes to cycle 240 miles back to Aberdeen.

This year we are raising funds for 4 amazing charities and we are proud to be riding for Aberdeen Football Club Community Trust - a charity close to Fraser who believed strongly in the work they do for the community, especially the support and opportunities they give to children.

I’d be incredibly grateful if you spare a donation to this fantastic charity and, in doing so, help us make some amazing memories during the cycle, reminiscing about all the ways in which Fraser made us feel that little bit more special.
