We are raising funds in loving memory of my father, Anthonie (Tony) Chick, one year on from his passing due to SCJD. To honour him, we have organised a memorial walk around Llanishen/Lisvane Reservoir, bringing together family and friends to remember him while supporting a cause that means so much to us.

This page is for those taking part in the walk, as well as anyone who cannot attend but would still like to show their support through a donation. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps make a real difference.
