On the 14th of April this year, Harry and I will, perhaps foolishly, be setting off from Land's End on unwieldy bikes to treck across the UK unsupported (hopefully) reaching John O'Groats via 20+ operational RAF bases.

Yes, that means we'll have half a wardrobe strapped to our frames, and yes, that means we'll be yo-yoing across the country, and yes, that means we will be wild camping in Cairngorms (and the rest).

Nothing could go wrong...

Like most people, the thought of 1600+ miles on a heavy bike comes across to us as a colossal challenge. But it's only fitting to do something a bit barking to turn heads to recognise the fantastic RAF Association for what it is.

This particular charity has aided thousands of people within, and affected by, the RAF for over 90 years. Enabling support to those who felt they could go nowhere else, to live dignified and fulfilling lives, and to provide families options in their darkest days to come back from the brink.

For the moments the RAF are unable to support their Men and Women, RAFA is what holds together the UK's Air Force family.

I know times are tight, but any donation or sharing of our story would be greatly appreciated. To keep our mind on the game and our pedals turning in the very likely April showers, just a penny-a-mile could make the world of difference to someone in need.
