After over a year off with Achilles tendonitis, lots of physio and treatment I'm hopefully on top of it again and think we're good to go for another Marathon....So this year I will be taking on my 19th London Marathon in aid of the Rossendale Trust

As well as raising money by putting on an annual Charity motorcycle trial which attracts over 100 competitors year after year including sponsorship from small businesses on the day (which last year's total amounted to over £5000) I also take on a little run round London (18 up to now) again all trying to raise valuable money for the Trust
