Children's Hospice South West. This wonderful charity provides care for children with life-limiting conditions, along with their families, across the South West. In Cornwall, the charity recently fundraised for and built Little Harbour, a hospice by the sea that feels more like a holiday home than a hospital. Here, families can be together and enjoy the lovely surroundings, while still receiving the care and support they need.
