My Dad was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis 2 years ago at the relatively young age of 60. It’s a progressive disease with no known cure, where the lungs become scarred and breathing becomes increasingly difficult. Eventually with the need for oxygen.

He's taking medication to hopefully slow the progression of the condition. He has a positive mindset and is still able to do most things he used to do.

A true inspiration, still living life like nothing ever happened.

The Marathon...

Who would have thought? For many, many years I would avoid cardio because it would "kill my gains" in the gym. That's not me anymore. For the past 3 months I've been through a vigorous marathon training plan. I'm ready to push my body and mind to the limit.

With the power from my Runescape community and beyond. I believe we can raise a huge amount for charity and impact many people's lives.
