Hello everyone! I am excited to share that I will be participating in the "8 Days Of Working Out!" challenge event on October 10th to October 17th, to raise funds for Mind, a charity that provides mental health support. Mental health is an issue that affects so many people, and it's important that we do what we can to support those who are struggling.
We will be taking on each way of working out that our club provides, and creating a challenge around it!
Tuesday 10th: As many Classes as Possible
Wednesday 11th - Cycle Tour De France
Thursday 12th - Non Stop Squads
Friday 13th - Swim English Channel
Saturday 14th - PT Consults
Sunday 15th - Squash Challenge
Monday 16th - Online Challenge Takeover
Tuesday 17th - OneZone Chill out & Coffee Morning!
