I'm supporting the London Ambulance Charity this winter by taking part in the Big Stadium Abseil on the 19th March 2026.

I'll be climbing to the top of Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium, before descending down 42 meters back down to the ground.

I am taking part in this challenge as I want to support the charity in it's mission to support the well-being of London Ambulance staff who face immense pressure this winter.
