Tourer Techs Caravan Services are dedicating 2026 to raising vital funds for The Grand Appeal, the official charity of Bristol Children’s Hospital. Who work tirelessly to ensure every sick child and baby across the South West has access to the very best care.

The Grand Appeal also created Cots for Tots, which supports the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St Michael’s Hospital in Bristol — helping give babies the very best possible start in life and supporting families when they need it most.
