As a team we are raising money to support the consistent hard work that goes on at Town Break. Town break is a charity that work tirelessly to inspire and enable people across the Forth Valley living with dementia. The people at Town Break form a healthy community for people with dementia and allow them to bring out their creative and social skills as well as helping them with day to day tasks. This charity holds a special place for us as we have seen first hand the effect of dementia and the great work that Town Break do to help support people dealing with dementia.
