This August, we’re taking on the London Summer Walk, not just as a challenge, but as a promise, to stand beside women & children who have faced fear in places that should feel safe, and to help rebuild lives.

We’re raising money for Solace Women's Aid, a charity that supports women and children escaping domestic abuse and starting again. For many, Solace is the first place they find safety, support, and hope.

On the day, 4 of us will walk 42K, 13 will take on 25K, and 1 will complete 10K. It will challenge us, but we know it’s nothing compared to what many women & children face every day.

Imagine not feeling safe in your own home. For thousands, this is their reality. With the help of Solace, survivors are given the chance to rebuild their lives with dignity and without fear.

Every step we take is for them.
