Tracey, Molly & George's fundraiser for Brain Tumour Research

Skydive · 27 April 2025
In April 2022 our world was turned upside down when Alan, my husband, was diagnosed with an Oligodendroglioma brain tumour.
Alan was admitted to The Walton Centre Liverpool where he underwent surgery to remove the tumour followed by chemotherapy and radiation treatment at Clatterbridge hospital.
Although surgery to remove the tumour was successful, unfortunately complications occurred and Alan's eyesight was affected and he is now registered legally blind.
Fast forward three year's and it's now time for us to do our bit to support The Brain Tumour Research Charity.
On the third anniversary of Alan's surgery our daughter Molly son George and I have decided to try and raise as much fund's as we can for this amazing charity by jumping out of a plane at 15,000ft. Any support for this amazing charity would be much appreciated!
Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer… yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease. This is unacceptable!
We are fundraising for Brain Tumour Research as they are the only national charity dedicated to funding long-term, sustainable research in the UK. Please help us fund the fight. Together we will find a cure.
