Hi, I am cycling from Caernarfon to Cardiff to raise money for Ty Gobaith

This cause is incredibly close to Elfed and myself, as they were so supportive during our time with Sioned

In 1997, I had a very rare complication in child birth, an amniotic fluid embolism. This caused huge trauma to myself and our baby daughter . Sioned was born with severe quadriplegic cerebral palsy, she battled each day and sadly died when she was 7 years old

Ty Gobaith gave us so much help and support, that each year we try to raise money to give something back

Without public donations, children's hospices would not exist

Please help support me on my epic 200 mile bike ride with my niece, Katie and her partner Peter. Elfed and Del the dog are support crew. This is to raise money for life limited children and their families
