The charity I’m raising funds for, Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care, is dedicated to providing compassionate care and support for adults facing progressive life-limiting illnesses in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Their mission is to ensure that patients can live their lives to the fullest, surrounded by love and support.

Through their various services like outpatient care, rehabilitation, Hospice at Home, and tailored inpatient care, they make every moment count for both patients and their families.
