1200 Sit-ups in 23 days finishing with stream containing Multiplayer games and a Quiz Night · 23 March 2025

Alzheimer Scotland is the leading, national dementia charity in Scotland. Our mission is to make sure nobody faces dementia alone. We provide advice, information and support and we are here for people living with dementia, their families and carers across Scotland.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 25th February 2025, I lost my granny after a long battle with Dementia. She was 84. She was a kind and caring person, always there with biscuits and cakes when I made my trips from Yorkshire to Glasgow to see her. I’m so grateful that she got to meet my children, her great grandchildren.

This is something I want to do to spread awareness and also keep her memory alive.

The challenge is simple… 1200 sit-ups in 23 days.

I will be using a 5kg weight to assist me as back in July, I couldn’t even do one, let alone 50.

This is a huge challenge for me, and I will be posting updates every day.

To finish with, I will be hosting a 4 hour charity stream called Trackerthon, where we will have multiplayer games and wrapping up with Quiz Night.

Thank you for your support.
