The Lullaby Trust raises awareness of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), provides expert advice on safer sleep for babies and offers emotional support for bereaved families. This February, I'm joining supporters across the UK to raise money for their vital work and by making the February Fifty challenge my own.

I will be doing 80km running in February in memory of my niece Ella Louise Mawson.
