Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions.

Woody on Tour October 6th 2024.....Following the sudden devastating loss of Mike this May, Woody, our charismatic family dog, much loved by Mike, is undertaking the CRY Heart of Durham Walk to remember young people, and help raise awareness of young sudden cardiac death.

Accompanied by Tracy and Roy, Woody is a 17+ year old rescue terrier and may need his dog-sling if the going gets tough! We've made good initial strides on our fundraising goal to host a heart screening day for local young people, so if you feel able to sponsor Woody, this is such a great cause.
