100 miles for Freddie. Fundraiser for Hounds for Heroes

100 miles for Freddie over a number of walks in the Summer 2025
In memory of my incredible husband Fred, whose heart was covered in the pawprints of many a dog, myself and Che will be fundraising for 'Hounds for Heroes'.
Over the summer, we will be doing a series of dog walks familiar to Freddie around Glasgow and the surrounding areas, culminating on the Island of Arran.
During these 100 miles, we hope to raise awareness of the life-changing work 'Hounds for Heroes' do, training and placing assistance dogs with injured and disabled members of the UK Armed Forces and Emergency Services. These amazing Hounds provide practical support and bring independence, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose to the lives of their partnered Heroes.
My hero, Fred, valued the unwavering loyalty, companionship, and unconditional love he received from all the dogs he knew. He understood the positive and life-enhancing impact they brought through the ups and downs of life. For this reason, 'Hounds for Heroes' was a charity close to his heart.
Thank you for visiting this page. Anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
If you see me and Che out walking, come and get a doggy biscuit!
Much Love,
Mrs Tracy Levick
