Story
The children of Thomas Russell Infants' School are walking, running and galloping in St Giles Hospice's Rudolph Run and getting sponsored for doing so! This will be a wonderful whole school event to get everyone into the Christmas spirit while also raising funds for a fantastic local charity.
St Giles Hospice spends close to £10 million a year providing their specialist services helping to fund vital care for local people, and their loved ones, living with a terminal illness. With just 18% of this funded by the Government, they rely heavily on donations and income generation from the local community.
Over the past two years more than 11,000 runners have taken part in Rudolph Run raising over an amazing £50,000 for St Giles Hospice.
Can you help our school to support St Giles in making this year even bigger?
