Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
This is for the Max and Flo Kindness Fund - see link below. The incredible courage that children with cancer can demonstrate is truly humbling. Losing anyone to cancer is devastating, but we cannot begin to imagine the loss of a child of any age and would like to support this fund in memory of Max.

People have often commented on how much they like Dave's "Silver Fox" hair, but when our 11 year old god-daughter told him she wished she had his hair, Dave decided he wanted to do something for cancer other than give money, so he started to grow his hair to donate for a real hair wig for someone with cancer.
Finding someone to take grey hair proved to be harder than we expected but 2 years on and with the help of Charles Roche from the Roche Hair Experience in Stafford, Dave is finally having his long, wavy hair chopped off to be made into a real hair wig which we hope will be donated to someone local.
All Dave wanted to do was quietly donate his hair for someone, but Tracy wanted to use the opportunity to raise some money for 3 charities that have supported our family and friends who have either lost someone dear to cancer, or has fought/is fighting their own battle.
We are setting up 3 pages and then linking them so you can choose who you with to donate to.
Dave will be losing his lovely locks on 13th June 2026 at the Weston Village Fete.
Thank you for supporting him and our chosen charities.
