This November I am taking part in the Knitting Challenge run by @dementia_uk

The challenge is to knit for 30 minutes everyday, to raise £150 to help research into the disease which affects so many people every year.

The first photo is of my mum, Doreen, sitting knitting something for newly arrived me 💗

Mum taught me to knit and so gifted me a lifetime of creativity.

She lost her hard fought battle against dementia in August 2016, and I would not wish that end on anyone.
